Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityOwner does not read any appointment notes and apparently doesn’t look at HIS own online scheduling system.Been trying to find a place to cut my kids hair (biracial) so they have weird hair, figured an experienced black barber would be able to handle something like this.We set up an appointment online. Left notes stating this would be for kids, age 3 and 1, even noted hair issues. We confirmed the appointment via text and even got a reminder the day before.My wife took the boys to the appointment, the guy looks at them like he has no idea he had a 10:10am appointment, looks at the kids and rudely says he doesn’t do kids and tells them to leave.We literally decided on this place because they SHOW KIDS on their website. We clearly left notes, confirmed everything on our end, but apparently this doesn’t mean anything when you don’t even look at your own booking system.If he would have read the notes and then called to say he didn’t do kids hair that would have been great.
