I have been coming to this barbershop for a while now and I love my haircut every time. They always take their time and make sure your satisfied before leave. The staff are nice & friendly and they are ALL very experienced and can cut hair excellent. I know people who drive an hour from home just to come get their hair cut here. Always waited when i had appointments booked and have even let other customers go before me when the owner asked. Even drove one of the barbers home countless times and never asked for anything in return. Always tipped well but my most recent experience was the last straw. Had an appointment booked (4:30) and was running a couple minutes behind due to traffic. They called me 5 minutes after my appointment start time (4:35) to tell me they weren’t going to take me and had to cancel. I was literally a street light away. I asked to speak with the owner and was told he was too busy to talk. Definitely won’t be using them anymore and telling the many i know that go there about my unprofessional experience.
