The atmosphere was great however i showed my stylist crystal what i wanted! i had virgin hair half way down and then blonde bottoms i wanted to go lighter she made me GOLD! i wanted blonde not GOLD! she did NOT use heat on me and that is rule number one in lifting the hair to a lighter color. It doesnt even look like she toned my hair and everyone keeps asking me if she even toned my hair! SUPER disappointed lesson learned I paid way to much money for what i Got and i will not be going back nor will i recommend this salon to anyone.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDO NOT TRUST Tapestry Salon, Alexis and Alian to do the makeup for you and your bridal party on your wedding day! As the stepmother of the bride this was such a big day in my life. I spent two years preparing every last detail including my look. The right dress, shoes, jewelry, nails and the list goes on. I of course wanted to feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful on this special day! All that planning was ruined. I was literally in and out of the makeup chair in seven minutes!The hair and makeup team came to the venue (big mistake! If I was sitting in front of a mirror maybe I could have been more aware of what she was doing and stopped it??) She did not ask me one question about the look I wanted, or the colors I typically wear—nothing! Which is basically what she decided to do. After about five minutes she was done—really?? I take more time with my makeup to go to the supermarket. When I went to the mirror, I was SOOO disappointed. The no-makeup makeup look was not what I was hoping for. When I told her I looked “washed out” Alian, who was now standing over her shoulder in an obvious rush to leave to go back to the salon for their next appointment came over with a contour palette and literally just started brushing contour all over my entire face.At this point I was panicked. It was terrible! I was an hour away from home and my own makeup kit. There was nothing I could do. I looked in the mirror and was speechless. Alian asked, “more blush?” At this point I was afraid to let them do anything. As far as I know Alian the owner of the salon does hair—not makeup. I said I would fix it myself and just like that he said “ok”, and they were packing up and out the door. I was literally crying in the car on the way to the wedding wiping big brown blotches of contour off my nose, cheeks, and entire face. I used to go to the city to get my hair done, not being sure if I could trust anyone else to cut the way I liked. Then, one day, I stumbled into this place due to a Groupon I found for a facial. The lady (she no longer works here) recommended that I would vibe with Dawn B. Well, over a year later, she’s the only one I go to! Plus the staff is incredibly friendly and nice. Always a joy. Give this place a try.

My 13 yr old daughter went in to have a wash bangs cut and blowout. Just BANGS cut. Her hair is just past shoulder length, not long. They charged $45.00, for bangs and blowout. Way over priced. She didn’t even have an entire cut. Will never go there again! Hairstyling
