So disappointed ! I only wanted golden blonde hair and I got ash blonde and then I got caramel brunette. I spent time and money for nothing. Granted the second time they didn’t charge for coloring, but I would have preferred spending more money than wasting my time and damaging hair.

The store manager, Christine was very rude to me. I paid $200+ for my hair and she treated me like trash from the start. I used to love this salon when Bobbi worked there. Christine was rude to me then but since Bobbi was great stylist I kept going there. However, now the stylist are not great and they messed up my hair twice. I asked them to fix it and they wanted me to pay $150 to fix what they had messed up which is ridiculous. Keeping Christine as the manager will only make this salon worse because she is so rude to people and I feel that she is racist as well. I saw how she treated other customers and it was nothing like how she treated me. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone because the customer service is terrible and for the price you pay.

This Salon Is truely the Best Salon in town. I’ve tried many…Tapestry Salon is very professionally run and the girls are so friendly I love it every time I’m there! They specialize in color & color correction and it shows every time I walk out the door my color is fantastic. My cut is exactly as I ask because they listen first! You will not be dissapointed! I have sent all my friends and family there and they love their hair every time. My sister recently got married and had her whole bridal party done at Tapestry and we looked awesome! Their prices are very reasonable some of their promotions actually help me save a few dollars and what I found out from going to other salons in the area is that you really get what you pay for.You must try this salon! I love it! I’ll never go anywhere else!
