I came here a couple of times I liked the way Joliet cut my sons hair and left his design I schedule online and unfortunately wasn’t aware of the two hour in advance cancellation. So I decided to call an hour and 45min in advance and see if I can reschedule the next day. The person that answered the phone made it seem like I was lying and was aware of the 2 hour in advance policy and mind you this isn’t the first time someone answers the phone and has an awful attitude. Haircut was alright, seems like you’re paying for the shop aesthetic. Dude who owns the shop just seems on edge every time I’ve walked in. A little overpriced to be honest. I actually like the work these people do here but they have to get a better schedule or something I called on Wednesday July 13th to cancel my appointment on Saturday July 16 as I had something come up at work and wouldn’t be able to make it. Whoever answered the phone that day said I didn’t have an appointment scheduled! Weird as I scheduled it with Marcus in person when I had my last appointment where I left a $40 tip on a $60 service because, like I said they do fantastic work! Anyway I woke up Sunday July 17 to find my card charged!
