Daniel is an incredible somatic healer who I was blessed to work with as I was in the final stages of training for an ultramarathon. He is so kind, supportive, gentle, and his mind-body intelligence is off the charts. We worked on my hip injury using a mix of cranialsacral therapy, total-body deep tissue, and more. He has a 6th sense of knowing where trigger spots are and how to target them for maximum release so you leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and restored in a powerful, profound way. If you are lucky enough to get on his busy schedule, book every massage with Daniel you can! We spend a handful of months in Taos per year and now that I’ve developed a relationship with Daniel, I look forward to more visits to come, as he helps me stay fit and limber for life as an aging athlete. Thank you, Daniel, for your care, compassion, and for witnessing my body as you hold space for it to heal through injury, emotional processing, and big fitness goals! (P.S. Thanks to your support, I nailed my ultramarathon this past weekend!)

Sitting at a computer daily for over 40 years has taken its toll on my S.I. joint and sciatic nerves, and I have some pretty bad leg and hip pain. I was urged by a friend to get a therapeutic massage from Daniel Pretends Eagle at Taos Healing Arts, and he has helped me immensely. Where do I start! Daniel is highly skilled, focused, knowledgeable, kind, gentle, strong, and gracious. There is a lovely groundedness to him, and at the same time he traffics in the spiritual and the soulful to get to the essence of whatever pain or discomfort issue I’m experiencing. And I love magical cranial-sacral treatments with Daniel because I tend to have wonderful healing visions. In short, he keeps me standing up and moving. I highly recommend a massage therapy session with Daniel at THA.

Bonnie is a wonderful therapist. I have chronic pain and have received significant amount of bodywork….and the session with Bonnie was the most effective I have had to date. In addition to her considerable talent in working the muscles, she provided a very serene and calming energy.

I have been seeing Daniel for close to nine months. I originally saw him for relief from a whiplash injury. The work he has done on me is nothing short of miraculous. Not only has there been tremendous physical healing, but emotional healing as well. I have referred several of my friends to Daniel, and would recommend his services to anyone without hesitation.

Anaina Mascovich is a true healer. I had a massage and energy work with her on my last trip to Taos and drove from Santa Fe on this trip just to see her. I love getting energy work from her. It stays with you and she is highly educated with a vast knowledge of techniques for keeping your body in a good place.

I am visiting Taos over Christmas and my daughter gifted me a medical massage due to a herniated disc with very painful sciatica….I was pretty nervous about getting a massage at this point, but Kristin pretty much restored my movement, and I have literally no pain anymore. I am well on my way to recovery and am so thankful for Kristin.

I told Tiffany that I had a couple trouble spots and that I liked very hard deep tissue and she figured it out right away and homed right on on the spots and the associated areas. She certainly knows anatomy and has strong hands and is very intuitive.
