My wife and I come to Tao Spa every month for the past year. Every visit we get our coupon initialed and we have enough to get a 10 minute free massage and they won’t honor it. First time we tried used the coupon they told us our massage was a long enough so the second time we came back to use it and they said that the initials are fake. So from now on, I suggest not come to the spa at the Killeen mall because they don’t honor nothing. The coupon is a scam.

Look for somewhere different. It’s not worth it. I am currently pregnant and right before my delivery, I urgently needed a food massage. The pressure wasn’t enough and honestly, this was the first time, somebody massaged me with blue venyl gloves. It’s a strange feeling. I paid $30 for 30 minutes. The Spa doesn’t have a credit card machine and you have to pull out money in front of them. After the payment, he pointed on the tip jar and said:“don’t forget to pay a tip“! This was the first time in my life, somebody even reminded me to pay a tip. I was shocked but ok, I gave him $5 and asked if he can break it into ones. He just kept my money and that was it. If people work in America, they own a Greencard. It’s not a simple process and they do know how to count to 5. I would like to get my money back to be honest. I regret giving the people a chance after reading strange reviews. Really sad, I had this experience

Foot massage is good. If you are looking for relaxation not a good place. The noise from the Mall filters through the spa. No door to block the noise.

Fantastic massage. I read some of the negative reviews here and don’t get it. It’s true that the staff’s English is not so great, but you spend 99% of your time there not in communication, so what difference does it make? As well, it’s true that the walls are not soundproof, but what do that have to do with a massage?
