Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityLast Saturday, I had the most amazing massage with Lizzy. I struggle with storing tension in my upper back, neck and shoulder area. For some reason I haven’t been able to loosen up the tightness, especially in my neck. It’s caused me to suffer from headaches, major fatigue and brain fog. After Lizzy worked her magic, I felt like a new person! She knew the exact areas to work on and applied the perfect amount of firm pressure…truly released so many knots!! I am seriously so grateful I went to see her, as I’ve been really struggling with this issue for the past month. Was barely able to turn my head. She truly listened to what I needed and made a huge difference. I felt wonderful afterward and had so much energy over the weekend. Last Saturday, I had the most amazing massage with Lizzy. I struggle with storing tension in my upper back, neck and shoulder area. For some reason I haven’t been able to loosen up the tightness, especially in my neck. It’s caused me to suffer from headaches, major fatigue and brain fog.
