I’ve had a membership for a few months here and the manager (I believe?) is so rude. They also are supposed to open at 9 and it’s currently 9:20 and no one is here to open. Unfortunately there aren’t many tanning salons around so I drive 30 minutes to get here. Absolutely not okay!

The worst customer service. Tried to tan at different days and they closed early with no notice on the door. I asked for a refund or at least a partial. I was refused even though I never got to tan. I asked that the manager call me and she never did. I was told they would start staying open until 8:30pm starting today, 4/25. The person working the front desk had no clue and still closed down at 7pm.

It has been years since I’ve been here, but as far as the salon went, there were young girls working often or some older people now and then. They took care of everything okay, but sometimes they were preoccupied with friends or their phones. I think that was to be expected. Otherwise, it was good.

Called to ask a question about a possible membership the lady that answered the phone laughed at my question and mumbled “oh my god” under her breath. Needless to say I am no longer interested in their services due to the fact of rude customer support.

Rochelle and James have always been great! The girls that work there are also awesome, very sweet and knowledgable as well. The beds are great, it’s not crazy expensive like some other places, it’s always clean too. I went there a few years ago and started back again a few months ago.

My feelings are a bit reserved for the time being as I see how I am treated for the next 30 days… This is, however, my first time of using this tanning salon but I have used many over the years. I have been unable to use the tanning bed forvthe past 3 years as I have fighting terminal cancer. What threw me off on my first vusit was the young lady behind the counter, although she was not rude or mean she certainly was not very helpful especially explaining everything to me nor explained the pricing and the charges I was charged when I ask her. What DID upset me was the fact that she was NOT wearing a mask, I have no immune system so i have to be extra careful and I limit my trips outside the house ane have done so since March due to COVID-19 as i have a 2 year old daughter and a family to protect but today if she does not have a mask on I do plan to say something.

Love love LOVE this place for tanning! It’s the only place I found that even comparable to the bigger chains which are way overpriced. Rachel is awesome and so is the rest of the staff. the minute you walk in the door you just know that you found your spot to tan. Prices are unbeatable. They even have small $3 cups of tanning lotion to sample. I wish they were open later. But that is the only thing I would change. And that fact would only affect people with issues in management. LOL like me.

If you get spray tans and ur needing a spray this is the holy grail. She has affordable spray tans all month of December & she took her time spraying me making sure it was even. Couldn’t be happier with the experience!
