Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueLack of proper management, unlicensed staff, rude and unprofessional. I worked there and was treated very poorly by management, specifically Brittany Morgener. I would not recommend this place. Management consistently making fun of clients, their weight, clothes etc. Being told by management to impersonate them if the board comes in to audit them bc I, nor the other 2 girls that worked there were licensed to actually put clients in beds even though we were opening and closing the shop by ourselves. Bill collectors calling for the owner of tanz and more (we were told not to answer these calls or give any info to them) The electric company actually came to the shop to shut the electric off bc of nonpayment. Management not following sanitary protocol for laundry. Working in 95° heat bc management refused to pay someone to fix it.
