Tanya and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They have great prices and go above and beyond. I’ve been going there for over 15 years. I moved to Bridgeport and still continued to go there. They keep the place clean and now with covid they take your temperature and provide hand sanitizer. Terrible customer service!!! My husband and I wanted to give this place a try since we live in Norwalk . We called 4xs a day prior, and no one picked up so we decided to go next morning first thing in AM. My husband and I arrived to salon and were completely ignored for a good 25mins, not even a Hello! We both watched worker/owner there eat her food and drink her snapple and not a single approach. We got tired of waiting and walked out because clearly they didn’t want the business. So we decided to go to “Why not Silvia’s hair salon” in Norwalk. We were more then satisfied with this salon ” Why not Sylvia’s hair salon”. The service and customer service skills were more than terrific!
