Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI been coming here for some time now and it seemed to be ok but at that time I would only ask for some mani pedi with just color no design nothing. So little by little I would notice their quality started going down they use the same utensils never new they kept cutting meandering rough. This last time just today I went again (I go every 2 weeks no more then 3 weeks go by) I asked for a half and half one half my finger being one color and the other a different color and they couldn’t even do that it took almost the whole damn salon to try and do a simple design and then the owner wants to kind of be rude about it because she tried to put to colors on top of one another. I’d think after so long and being a continuous client she’d be more friendly nope and then they have the nerve to speak amongst themselves about it so one of the ladies finally got it and it was not the greatest job but I just let it be and not complaint because I just wanted to get out already. They left nail polish all over my fingers look it was just so sloppy. Also they don’t have none of their license posted to where you should be able to see them when working not one! I been coming here for some time now and it seemed to be ok but at that time I would only ask for some mani pedi with just color no design nothing. So little by little I would notice their quality started going down they use the same utensils never new they kept cutting meandering rough. I went to get my pedicure ,a refill on my nails and they told my they couldn’t do anything with them other than take them off and do something different. So I allowed it a day later they turned yellow and began to chip!! I use gloves to do all my cleaning so I know that’s not the problem!! I’m so upset since this was a trusted place of business my family and I trusted we’ve been going for years!!! I guess their under new management it’s definitely not a great one or a good one at that!
