I have nothing but a glowing review for this Salon! Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile by one of their many knowledgeable staff. Eli is the store manager and is excellent at building clientele! I think because I do come in on a more regular basis he specifically took the time to learn my name even before consulting the computer system. As with every business there can be issues, nobody is 100% perfect. The one time I did have an issue, it was resolved in less than 24 hours and left me extremely satisfied with the solution. After having been to many salons across the metro, this is the salon I would recommend! They have developed a lifetime client. Great job everyone at Tanworks!

Today was my first time in and I’m already impressed. The woman at the front counter was so sweet and helpful. I am no stranger to tanning but haven’t been since before COVID hit- she eased me back into it and happily answered all of my questions about their options. The bed was clean and the bulbs felt strong. I am already considering turning my monthly membership into a yearly one.

This place was phenomenal! Go here if you’re looking for an amazing tan, super clean facilities, a great selection of tanning lotion, and super friendly service! The owners are the sweetest couple around! I got to use the diamond bed and the room was sparkling clean. The tanning bed itself was so strong and comfortable to lay in for 12 minutes. Just moved to the area and needed a new tanning salon to go to and I’m so happy I found Tanworks. Great prices and a variety of bed levels to choose from. The owner is SO nice and friendly, too. I was exhausted after work one day and Eli gave me 3 free diamond level tans, which totally turned my day around! So happy and impressed with the customer service here!

Tried it for an event. The result was nice! A little blotchy around my ankles, but I exfoliated it a little and it was fine. I didn’t put the lotion on my feet as liberally as I should have apparently. I felt like they explained everything to me clearly and I liked their attitude. Welcoming, matter of fact, and warm.

I called here earlier today to ask if I needed an appointment for a spray tan and was told to just come in. When I got there I was told they only had the light spray tan available but I could buy extra additions to make it darker. I said I did not want to pay extra money for a lighter tan and asked if there were any discounts that could be applied and was told no. I had a coupon for a bed tan and was told I can’t use coupons after noon. In one final attempt I asked if they had another location and if they had a dark spray tan available. I was just told ‘I don’t know’. I would like to expect decent customer server and maybe that someone would call to check, but she must just be working there for the free tanning.
