The staff is friendly but it seems everytime I try to go tanning they are closed for one reason or another. It is frustrating when I purchase a month of tanning and can barely even use it. I would recommend a more reliable salon.

I called to get some pricing info, asked for prices of monthly tanning packages, and I was told she can’t give them to me over the phone, I have to come in. I asked if there was a website where I could get info, I was told “maybe.” She said they have a website but they don’t like to put their prices on the internet. So I clarified, there’s no way for me to get any info without coming in? Nope. To be fair, all 3 places I called this morning for prices told me the same thing. Problem is, I don’t have a car during the day, I can’t get there easily. And even if I could, why would I drive around town going to different places just for simple pricing info? Maybe there is a very good reason I am not understanding, but I think it’s ridiculous. I can’t comment on the quality or cleanliness of the salon because I can’t even get info in order to start going there. It’s a shame.

Advised “Morgan” I was from out of town and would just like to tan. She rambled over all the different beds. Just took 20 min bed for $8. Bulbs never got warm. I complained and she said she “thought” I wanted a level 1 bed. I was never explained the different levels. I am dark skinned and she “thought” wrong. Won’t go back while in town. She was rude when I complained and never offered compensation. So sad because she was to busy eating her sandwich to properly explain levels and packages.
