The lady working the counter did not greet us with a hello, she was very rude, didn’t explain policy on tanning lotion nicely. Horrible customer service. Even when asking her questions about the strange tanning lotion policy and explaining that I had purchased my lotion from the tanning place I used in Washington or that I could put any lotion on at home and forgo lotion in the salon she told me that I would not be allowed to tan there. People use lotion at home after showers all the time. Apparently you cannot use lotion at home and go to this salon either.

The girl at the desk was very helpful and nice to talk with! She gave me bed, time, and lotion advice. Seemed very knowledgeable on the services they offer and products they sell. I hadn’t tanned in a salon in a long time and with her recommendations I didn’t burn! Thank you so much! Looking forward to returning!

So far so good. I just purchased a membership and I super excited. I used the bed once and I already fell in love! The guy at the front was highly knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me and did a walk through. I can’t wait to get tan!!!

Terrible business. Their exact words, come in during the 3rd month if you want to cancel your contract, still charging a 4th month because now they are saying you need a 30 day notice. I told them at the beginning all I wanted was 3 months. Buyer beware
