Critical: ProfessionalismI was looking for a new place to tan and came across tans r in, but after reading and looking how not only unprofessional but how embarrassing you carry yourself I will gladly go anywhere else. Take criticism to help your business not continue to drag a child over a pizza? I was looking for a new place to tan and came across tans r in, but after reading and looking how not only unprofessional but how embarrassing you carry yourself I will gladly go anywhere else. Take criticism to help your business not continue to drag a child over a pizza? I will be spreading the news because I will not allow myself or anyone I know support someone who uses a bad review to offer discounts instead of even attempting to fix the problem in an appropriate and professional manner.

I have never tanned here nor purchased anything here, to be clear. I have, however, had a run in with the owner. On three occasions. The first time, I did go into the establishment to confront the owner directly. She’s rude. She yelled and cussed at my kid and numerous other children, that cut through the busted up parking lot on their bikes and skateboards. When I went into the establishment, I was met with a musty smell and stuff laying around everywhere. It appeared very dirty. I want to be perfectly clear that I also don’t know anyone that has ever tanned here. Or would even consider to tan here. The owner is a total menace to the neighborhood. I remember a few years ago she ran off community volunteers that were assisting the elderly couple across the street. I would not recommend anyone to tan here, purchase product here, nor would I rent any of the ran down homes they attempt to rent. I am reviewing solely on my direct encounter with the owner since she seems to think that I have not already attempted to speak to her. Her mouth is nasty, loud and obnoxious. For that reason…..I don’t recommend doing business with this cold hearted, mean spirited person. I would give no stars if they would let me. Watch the comments on this review. It will show her true colors.

She contacted corporate and they took care of her. It must have been ugly over at Marcos because the EXACT same people that don’t like (and have never been inside) her salon just so happen to LOVE marcos. WHAT ARE THE ODDS?? I don’t know everything about conspiracy to defraud, but this sure looks like conspiracy and collusion.
