Critical: ValueI’ve been a customer of Tans to Glow for about 15+ yrs. I had purchased a package in early January as I was going on a cruise. Package is good for six months. Due to the pandemic I haven’t gone. So I called today to see if they extended my tanning package due to the pandemic as I had two tanning sessions left and I knew it was expiring soon. I was told they extended it 8 days. What?? 8 days?? Really?? I was also told it was up to the owners discretion if they wanted to extend the packages. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I have lost several tanning sessions and now I am speaking up. I’m one unhappy loyal customer. I have lost to many tanning sessions (6) because I was short a week or two of my 6 months.
