I was on the reluctant side of visiting Tanning Zone after reading others comments but am truly glad I visited anyways. Although I am new, I’ve had a great experience and been happy so far. The girls have all been friendly each day I’ve called to make an appointment and went in. Sure, the beds “look” older (which they may be) and get warmish but really who cares…you tan for 10 minutes and your done. Tan accomplished. Plus the satellite radio in each room is pretty nifty too instead of streaming radio from my phone. Plan on continuing my VIP membership with this salon and glad I gave the place a shot.

The employess are great, but this is the ghetto of all tanning places in Lincoln, NE. Everything looks beat up. The beds are broken. They don’t have many bed options to offer, but like I said…the employees won me over. Good people.

I went in and singed a contract only to find out that their beds are from the 1970’s and are hotter than hell and the little computer fans in the bed do nothing to cool you off so after tanning once they charged me $80 (because of me breaking the contract) to tan ONCE and they refused to work with me on the contract. rude people, horrible customers service. BEWARE! any place in Lincoln has better beds, employees. I would know because I tan several times a week and I’ve tanned for years at both Ashley Lynns and suntan city. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I agree with the previous review that the workers were snotty. and I found out that the worker is snotty because she is a young college age girl whose mother owns that particular tanning zone on pioneers blvd. and the owner doesn’t care about the quality/condition of the beds. The 3 times I went to this location, 2 of the beds had cracks in the plexiglass bed. The little fans they provide for cooling do nothing. the carpeting was old, stained. disgusting place and terrible customer service. they are snotty when asking about packages. when i inquired about the cracked bed and the safety aspect, the girl “didn’t know.”
