They NEVER answer the phones, ever.at least not when I need to speak to them..they have just combined both their stores into one and now the wait time to tan is at least an hour almost 2 hours if not more at times. This is ridiculous, I have paid for my membership, the best they offer and they never have a bed available for me unless it’s a step down or more from what I paid for. I will never recommend them to anyone. LOOKING FOR A NEW TANNING HOME!
