If you decide to tan here, buyer beware DO NOT sign up for the “monthly membership” this has been the hardest contract to get out of. I called to cancel after my 6 month membership ran out due to my schedule at work conflicting with the establishment hours. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me it was no problem to just come in and sign a form. Upon arrival the next week a young girl was working the counter and told me my membership was overdue for 3 months and that I had to pay an additional amount and also I would then have to wait an additional month before I could cancel (which meant coming back again) and my card being hit again for payment. When I declined and explained there is no way my account was in default, but I would be happy to pay whatever amount to just end my account today she declined. Then got on the phone with owner I presume, I asked may I speak to a manager or owner to help clear things up and she refused. Finally after much persistence on my end they allowed me to “pay my way out” for another $100 or so I thought because 3 days ago I got an email from them saying they tried to make another deduction from my account. Why would this have happened when I was told I was paid up after making the last payment? When I initially signed up the lady working told me its very easy to cancel at any time, that was an absolute lie. Being a manager myself I am very disappointed in how this company handles their “contracts” and customers. You need to explain the policies better, work on customer service and be truthful.

This is hands down the the best tanning salon I have ever been to! The staff there are so knowledgeable. Not only did they give me the standard form that every first time visitor has to fill out, but they went beyond that – skin typing me and asking me more specific questions to get to know me and what my needs and wants were. Also, the lotion selection and their knowledge about skincare is incomparable! I would absolutely recommend that everyone goes there for their tanning needs!
