I’ve gone here for years. They do charge extra for upgrading to better bed but when they only have one big turbo, one baby turbo & such & one breaks down it may be weeks before they fix it & they don’t replace bulbs that much. I do like the staff & convenience of going to without having a contract or debuting my bank account but they don’t have late hours. Things changed over the years like they took out trash cans but some used them like potties even popping in or throwing used tampons in so don’t blame them for that. They went to getting you to ask for a towel to wipe sweat with because of cost of paper towels & I’m sure many stuffed pocketbooks full. I have a few friends take loads of TP & tissues for their own use in pocketbooks. Some would wipe out a whole box of tissues. So know how people are. They have some issues there. Like if they closed at 7 & I got there at 6:30 some would not let me in even if I could be done before 7. A few like to leave early as possible. A few times I’ve signed in and would see my name still on sign in sheet from day before. Often I’d be only customer in 2 days. The location on west side since they closed airport road has traffic issues. You can drive down several businesses in parking area & still have trouble getting out especially if going away from town even seen one wreck her car trying to get out. You can drive behind them to get out but with airport road closed it is still a problem no matter what way you drive. That’s not their fault. Most businesses on that side have same issues. Just a nightmare & not sure what can be done other than move business. Overall I give good feedback. Economy is changing. Traffic is getting worse all over Spartanburg. I like lying in cool area to tan & faster than sun. Lotions a bit expensive but most places make more on lotions than tanning itself. They do have issues with heat in some rooms. Once hot in Summer they can heat up fast & during frequent uses at some times of year it is hard to stay in room. One room & bed so hot once just before they shut it down for maintenance for long period of time no one could stay longer than a few minutes. It burned you in a few minutes. Probably why they shut it down. There is a lot of room for improvement but with business being off a lot I guess they can’t afford to fix every problem. Never been in other business. Perhaps I may compare the 2 one day. Not as many tan now because of cancer risk & spray tans easier & safer. Perhaps they should offer that too. I think the other one on Pine st does have it. I’ll still use them when I can just for convenience & spray tan I have not tried yet.

This place is a rip off. I was told that it would be 44 dollars for a month of tanning, so I asked if that was the price for use of every bed. Basically asking if that was the “Gold Package”. I was told no, that was the price for the basic, non-facial beds, and that I would have to pay up to 3 dollars, each time that I wanted to upgrade to a better bed. Oh, but I could buy a t-shirt for 25 dollars, and get some sort of “discount”, which wasn’t very appealing, so I declined. I took my money elsewhere and bought a package with a set price for use of all beds. I wouldn’t waste my time stepping foot back inside this place
