I’ve gotten once in a blue moon spray tans for events for many years here and went back today for the first time since the pandemic. Glad to see still the same owner/manager he’s so friendly and pleasant, great experience. I don’t know if there are busier hours but I’ve never had to wait, very easy!

Just finished my first tanning session at Tan Line and I was very happy with the experience. Sam walked me through all the options. All the beds are stand up and super fast and effective. The facility is clean and has lots of beds so there shouldn’t be a wait. I plan to come back again in a few days.

Sam was lovely and very helpful, didn’t pressure me to buy any package or products I didn’t want to, and the place is very clean and bright. It is pricier than other places I’ve been (not in DC), but not outrageously so. I’ll be back soon!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I came to this location frequently because it’s the closest versa spa spray tanner to me but still a $20 uber ride. I’ve spoken with the owner on multiple occasions who’s never told me there is a time limit as to the last tan of the night, so I’ve always come in right before closing at 9pm without issue. Tonight however I arrived at 8:46pm and the door was locked. I called and the woman on the phone (who I could see using her laptop on the couch) said that they do not accept customers after 8:45pm. I noted that it was just a few seconds after 8:45, that their sign said they were still open, that I took a $20 uber, that I couldn’t come in the next morning, that I always come in before close, AND that a spray tan only takes 4 minutes. Nonetheless the impolite “sales” person merely said “sorry no” when I pleaded for her to take my money. She then proceeded to turn the OPEN sign off. If you don’t accept clients after 8:45, then you shouldn’t advertise your closing time as 9. I strongly recommend Glo or Polished in Georgetown which also have versa spas and better prices. This company has lost my business forever.
