They were taking off my acrylic nails and the nail tech ripped my natural nail from the nail bed. And instead of leaving it alone like I asked him to do multiple times he proceeded to GLUE MY NATURAL NAIL BACK ON AND PAINT OVER IT! I am in so much pain the I can’t use my finger and it keeps bleeding! Don’t go here ever! Find somewhere better! Save your nails!!!

Took my daughter out for Christmas on the 24th for two sets of nails and two pedicures cost us 181.00. I showed a nail tech an inspired nail design she said she could do it agreed to it before hand.

Service was good and they were very very nice but I wanted to cry after my nails were finished and went somewhere else to get a completely new set. My original I came in were not soaked off all the way and you can see the red underneath. When I said something about it the lady just kind of giggled and said you have good eyes after she acted like she didn’t see it. No offer to fix it after. She painted over all kinds of things on my nails and did not dust them. I wanted to love these and far away they’re pretty but there’s so many flaw and unevenness up close. 🙁 Maybe it will be better next time . Besides all this the customer service is awesome.

I went in to get a set of acrylic nails and came out not very blown away. The place was clean enough and people were friendly. The problems I had where when most of the nails were crooked when I looked at them and I would ask her to fix them she would say “oh no honey that’s your finger” which I know is BS because when you look straight down the nail it’s normally straight but she’s the way she made them they would curve very far off to one side. Eventually she put more powder on the sides and got them a little bit more straight but it wasn’t anything impressive. Also no student discount even though the right across from the school. I’m just not impressed.

I came in first thing in the morning and and they were running a little late to open I was sat down and started on around 10:20 even though it was already busy and she gave me a great and speedy service since I had a hair appointment at 12:15. I got dip powder on my nails and a pedicure and I was out by 11:15 she did a great job and was very kind! Thank you!
