This was my second time visiting Tango Nails. I was especially pleased with my visit today. I have rarely had a technician perform with such focus. I had no issues with being nicked. She was not distracted by others in the room, the phone, or people coming into the shop. As simple as that sounds, one could literally blink and find a half-dozen salons where technicians don’t pay attention to their clients and end up breaking their skin (perhaps several times) in one visit. I hope this continues, so I can make this a permanent solution my manicure and pedicure needs. Thank you for being patient with all the patrons and keeping a professional demeanor and for doing an exceptional job today.

I went here to get a gel manicure and the tech just started cutting my nails really rough like with clippers that hadn’t been sanitized then tried to take my replacement nail off with another nail very rough like as well. Then when I asked her to stop and explained again that I wanted my nails trimmed down she spoke to the other tech in their language and got up and walked away. She appeared to not understand what I was saying and decided not to fix my nails after she messed them up. Very unprofessional and rude!
