Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a “hair emergency”, I threw my hair into a messy bun without brushing it and when I took the scrunchie out of my hair, it was one HUGE knot… I tried everything to get it out and nothing worked . I called and Mckenzie said she’d see me in a couple hours. When I got there she looked at it and we decided it had to be cut . She did an amazing job and saved as much hair as she could, and in good time too, from start to finish it was about 30 minutes. I had a “hair emergency”, I threw my hair into a messy bun without brushing it and when I took the scrunchie out of my hair, it was one HUGE knot… I tried everything to get it out and nothing worked . I called and Mckenzie said she’d see me in a couple hours. When I got there she looked at it and we decided it had to be cut .
