Critical: QualityI am struggling with the outcome of my hair from my 1st time ever coming here. I wanted a bright blonde for summer and instead left with a darker blonde almost a dull brown than what was my original color. I even had plenty of pictures showing her what I wanted so there wouldnt be any guessing. And on top of that she made a mistake and had to refoil a section of my hair so my time there was from 5:20 to 9:30 which is absolutely ridiculous. Not sure if I’ll be returning. I wanted a bright blonde for summer and instead left with a darker blonde almost a dull brown than what was my original color.
