Not Happy with how my daughter’s hair was done. She asked for her hair to be done ombre and got what looked to me like high lights. My daughter started a new job and wanted to spend her money on getting her hair done and came home very disappointed. The girl doing her hair was sweet.

I called and scheduled an appt for this business about a week in advance. The appt was scheduled for Saturday, May 14 at 10:15. I was going to be a new client. I drove 45 minutes to the salon and at 10:05 received a call that I had to reschedule due to overbooking. They said they could possibly fit me in later that day or another day. I was not happy as I had already drove 40 minutes and about 5 minutes away. Poor communication and scheduling.

I just finished getting my hair done with Mary. I was skeptical because of prior bad experience at other high end salons with my hair not turning out, looking splotchy, uneven and charging an arm and a leg. If you want to overpay for a terrible experience please go to this salon. I was charged $215 for a “bayalge” that looks awful. It looks like sporadic chunky highlights that just grew out. My stylist racked up the cost for my “thick” hair (it’s not and it was just at my shoulders), mutli-color processing, and toning.. She also allowed the color to stay on my hair entirely too long causing visible damage and brittle hair. I was blindsided by the bill and horribly dissatisfied with the results.
