I dont know the lady who did my haircut the other day but she did an outstanding job. My first haircut so I was nervous but she assured me I was in great hands. And I sure was. The environment is relaxing , the ladies are so welcoming , and overall it is the place I would recommend people to go. I am confident in the quality I’ll receive when I go there next time. 🙂

They never seem to have enough time to take appointments or walkins. Don’t waste your time trying! One day while I was getting my hair done. The ladies were just sitting around gossiping. Then a lady walked in asked for a haircut… nobody had time to cut her hair. I have been going to the same Hair Dresser (Amanda) for many years. She rarely has time nor does anyone else. So I no longer have time for Tanglez! I will go elsewhere. Girls you need a wake-up call! I have seen more than once you turn away people, when it is obvious you had the time. I am calling it as I see it! Good Luck!!…You will need it for the business to survive if you continue with the same practices. Respectfully submitted by a previously loyal client.
