My daughter got a regular haircut with subtle layers and I can’t begin to explain the disappointment. Half of her head is longer in length than the other side and it’s awfully noticeable. And the subtle layers are choppy and uneven. They lost a longtime customer today. Haircut

This is not a place I would recommend at all. My first visit after a recommendation to go there was mediocre at best .. the color turned out to be minimal. I tried it again and the color would have been fine until the stylist used the wrong color rinse and totally ruined the highlights.. she was, “ So sorry”, and my third visit I waited 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and the stylist didn’t even acknowledge that she was running so far behind so I left. This is not a place to spend your money or waste your time.

Used to have a positive opinion of this salon a few years ago, but the stylist that I saw there last time burnt my hairline off at the roots (was having virgin hair bleached). I should have complained asap, but anxiety makes you do weird things. Tried reaching out to them recently and just got a generic response and was accused of coloring my hair since (which I couldn’t even imagine doing with how bad shape their stylist left it in), like they’re trying to shift the blame? Really off putting and almost rude to respond with that. Never going back.
