We have been family owned and operated since 1976 and have 3 generations of stylists in our family. I made appointment for my nails when I got there the female who took me back is a nail technician and she told me she does not do Extensions the other nail technicians does but not her OK I was very nice I’m not paying for some thing I don’t want so I said is there someone else or do I need to reschedule she comes back and says there’s no one else so I try to reschedule but the front desk people treated me like I did something wrong and kept saying there was nothing available I didn’t mean to hurt anybody’s feelings but I’m not paying for something I don’t want if you’re that busy for new people then don’t advertise it I felt like they were rude to me after I didn’t want the service that I was offered I was nice enough to reschedule but they had nothing it was nothing against that girl it’s just a nail technician should know how to do all of it I found the nail place now I’m very happy with I don’t need tangles or the rude service. I was very disappointed in tangles and I had high expectations for them. But I was wrong.

My husband and I had a wonderful couples massage with Lisa and Tomas. I was a little concerned with the salon noise when I first walked in, but the spa side is calming and quiet – not a sound from the salon. Great experience!

Had a relaxing massage and great conversation with Tomás today. I definitely will be back. For those that are curious, they just started allowing people inside to check-in, and everyone wears a mask and is asked to please use the hand sanitizer available. Very polite and friendly staff!
