At 7pm I arrived with my sister to get our haircuts. It was our first time there and we’re excited that this salon was open till 9pm. Upon arrival, nobody greeted us or even acknowledged us. We sat for what seemed like 30 minutes waiting for someone to assist us. Even after 2 hairstylist were done with their clients, they just ignored us and walked away. Confused as to why anybody didn’t assist us, we walked to one of the hairstylist only to be told that they didn’t have enough time to take us in because they were closing at 9pm. It was only 7:35pm! We left unsatisfied with the lack of customer service. What a waste of time. I dont recommend this place.

She’s amazing, she listened to my concerns and gave me a great hair cut and style! ive got very thin hair and my previous stylist cut layers which made the ends of my very long hair look super thin at the ends. Ive gotten many compliments on how healthy and full my hair looks since ive gotten it cut. I will definitely be back to see her again soon!
