Critical: QualityI asked for a balayage with honey and caramel colors. I offered the two reference pictures. I ended up with highlights that were far lighter than I asked for. When I told the stylist I didn’t like the color and that I received highlights she said ” it’s the lighting ” that makes it look too light. Definitely won’t be returning.Service: Balayage

Kriste always takes great care of husband and I. I’ve been going to Tangles for 7 years. It’s the longest relationship I have ever had with a hairdresser. Over time she has become a friend. Everyone at Tangles makes you feel welcome and are super nice.

We used our regular Kristie for hair trim and style. Plus I got an eyebrow wax and had them dyed. I went with my BFF who also gets her hair styled by Kristie. Sweet caring young woman.

Today was my first time going there and I had a great time . The girl I went to was Alley . She was professorial and knowledgeable . The place was extremely clean and all the people and stylist were mask and cleaned up . This a great place .I love my cut .
