Great place to get a cut, color, wax, everything!! I haven’t had my hair cut in years so I went in and let Bre do her thing! She took off almost 12 inches added some highlights & my hair looks so full and healthy now! I also got my brows waxed. Reasonably priced for a single mom on a budget! I already booked my next appointment I was so happy!! Thanks Bre!!

Breanne Minnock is my “normal” hairdresser. She is absolutely phenomenal, and knocks it out of the park every time. I just show her a picture of what I want, and she works her magic. When I started planning my wedding I knew I wanted Tangles to be a part of it, but Bre was on maternity leave. Emily Neuner stepped in and did my last hair appointment and run-through. GOD LOVE HER. She did two up-dos in the trial, and then the day of the wedding I changed my mind. The point is, she rolled with it, and did an amazing job! The day of the wedding, Emily, Katie, and Julia arrived earlier than they were scheduled, knocked out nine, yes NINE girls’ hair in no time, and were on their way. They were absolutely amazing, and definitely reasonable prices! Couldn’t have asked for anything more from the girls, and would recommend them to anyone!

Julia, the owner was friendly with a nice welcoming smile. She was extremely knowledgeable, and did a great job. The salon was very clean, and everyone wore masks, respecting customers safety.

This is the ONLY salon I will ever get my pampering done at. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean and welcoming and the decor is very chic and cute. I’ve been going to see Julia for years and no one will ever do my hair or eyebrows as well. They are flexible on scheduling and fair in price too! Just a great place to go treat yourself at.

I am new to the area and was looking for an affordable hair salon with great reviews. I was ecstatic to be able to get in the same day I called. I’m 32 weeks pregnant and have 2 toddlers and really needed a pick me up. I came in with hair down to my elbows, almost all one length. I brought a picture of what I wanted: thin, wispy layers cut in a v shape and keep the length. Instead, I got two layers. My bottom long layer that’s still down to my elbows and a short layer that’s up to my shoulders. The two layers are not even straight and it’s actually the opposite of what i asked for- longer in the front than the back. I’m going in 2 days to an Aveda salon to get it fixed. Very disappointed in my experience and I will not be going back.

I had an appointment for a wedding hair and makeup trial before my engagement pictures and Katie texted me the week before to tell me she had to cancel it. I agreed to let her coworker, Emily, take the appointment instead. Not only did Katie never apologize to me, she showed up at the time of my appointment, ignored me, and proceeded to color someone else’s hair. When Emily finished, I found out she doesn’t do makeup, although I was expecting her to because Katie told me she could, and Katie refused to do it because she was taking care of another customer DURING MY ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Emily did a great job with my hair, but unfortunately Katie’s attitude was devastating during what should have been a fun time.

I was told that I had to have eye surgery right away. I needed my hair taken care of before surgery, because I would probably be homebound for several weeks. When I called Julia, she could tell that I was desperate! She told me that she could schedule me in that afternoon. When I showed up for my appointment, Julia was the only one there. I didn’t know that it was actually her day off, but she just said she wanted to help. What a lovely thing to do! Thank you, Julia!

I was in the salon over the weekend and witness the most unprofessional behavior from who i later found out was the owner. While I was there getting my hair done I witness the owner yelling at another stylist there. I’m not sure what they were arguing about but it made it very uncomfortable for me to be in the salon at that time. I then witnessed the owner walk out the door obviously very mad and upset. She then comes back in to get something and walks back out the door slamming it extremely hard. This type of behavior made it extremely uncomfortable for me to even be at the salon at this time. Not to mention, my 12 year old was in the salon with me at the time. I used to recommend this salon to all my friends and family, but after witnessing such unprofessional behavior I will no longer do that. If I didn’t absolutely love my hair stylist I would most definitely find somewhere else to go.
