Called a week and half in advance to get a appointment. Get to my appointment 10 minutes early. Girl that was going to cut my hair was not there yet. Waited 15 more minutes still the hair dresser wasn’t there. No one on the Tangles staff came to check on me or to tell me anything about what was going on with the hair dresser that was going to cut my hair. So I just got up and left. I will give my hard earned money to someone else. I work 12 days then get 2 days off. That is why I made the appointment so I would not have to wait. Whoever was there Saturday morning working 12-15-18 doesn’t care nor the hair dresser that was going to cut my hair. I am a very understanding person but that was BS! I give them no stars but got to give one 1 to post!!!
