Never again will my family be going here. My husband, daughter & I all got a haircut. They messed up my husband’s hair, cut mine too short. Plus all three of us had long hair’s we had to cut once we got home. Plus when we were checking out a worker was arguing with a customer about she had to make a appointment & she did once the ladies rant was over. If I saw that when I came in I would of walked out. Very disappointed!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI walked in and wasn’t greeted in any way. The ! person working didn’t even look up and the one in the office eating got up and very quickly and entered the bathroom, not to be seen again in the 20 minutes I was there. Another customer entered, wasn’t greeted and had to ask about a sign in sheet or how he got in line to have his hair cut…. THAT got a greeting and a sit down we will get to you… more than i had received. It was when some time later that a family entered and were GREETED that I decided I was going to another place, meanwhile one of the children of the family, in obvious need tried to use the bathroom, but alas it was occupied after a full 20 minutes that I observed…. this is a poorly run place that doesn’t appreciate or even bother to treat their customers with common courtesy… So if you enjoy such treatment, enjoy your haircut, but you will not see me there. it has one start because it says I must…..I walked in and wasn’t greeted in any way.
