I was told when I made the appt. that they carried the perm that I requested, only to find that they didn’t have it when we began. The perm didn’t take, (partially because it was rolled so loosely the rollers bobbled….) After the first shampoo five days later, my hair was straight! The full price of $65, did not include a cut, NOR a style. Very disappointed.
