Positive: ProfessionalismI stopped into Tangles a couple of weeks ago, because I had a terrible haircut from a different business earlier that day. I was very upset with what had happened, and embarrassed with how I looked. Leslie Lewis greeted me when I first came in, and when she was done with her client took the time to talk with me about my hair, what had happened, and my options. She made time after we spoke to fix my haircut that very same day. I left Tangles feeling much better about my hair, and how I looked. I had a great experience. I stopped into Tangles a couple of weeks ago, because I had a terrible haircut from a different business earlier that day. I was very upset with what had happened, and embarrassed with how I looked. Leslie Lewis greeted me when I first came in, and when she was done with her client took the time to talk with me about my hair, what had happened, and my options. Amazing salon, perfectly priced, elite customer service qualities and a kind and knowledgeable staff! Tiffany did a beyond amazing job on my hair and all of the staff that I had the privilege to meet there were very insightful and kind. Cheyenne helped Tiffany with my hair (it’s super long and thick) but they worked amazing as a team and everything turned out perfectly. I will never go to another salon in palatka to have my hair done other than Tangles because of the wonderful service I received there today 🙂

After moving from St. Augustine, I researched many places and stylist portfolios in Palatka for someone I could trust to cut my naturally curly hair. I took my husband’s advice and made an appointment here with Crystal. She did an amazing job on the cut. The shampoo and cut was very reasonable priced. I used to pay $60+ for the same service in St. Augustine, but payed half the price at Tangles, including a tip. The ambiance isn’t anything like you’d expect in this small town. The salon is well-kept, clean, upscale in appearance, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Crystal listened to what I wanted and even asked me what my current hair care routine is so that she could follow it with their Bumble & Bumble products. This meant a lot to me as a “curly girl,” because you can’t treat curly hair like straight hair. She didn’t rub my hair with a towel and she used a wide tooth comb to detangle, thank goodness. She knows what she’s doing with curly hair! Before I left, she told me that if I had any problems with the cut, to come back and see her. She didn’t push selling products, but I ended up returning a few days later to purchase some of the products she used on my hair because it looked that good. I will certainly be returning to see her!

My daughter had the longest thickest most corse hair ive ever witnessed on a 10.yr old. Not a.hair tie clip.or.wrap strong enough to hold it up. I was over it and cutting her hair seemed impossible somehow tangles gave her the courage to not only cut it but razor.it to take some of the weight.off. great job guys she loved it n i was relieved

I finally found my new hair stylist, Cheyenne at Tangles at the Palatka, FL salon. I’ve been looking for a new stylist for the last several years, since my old stylist moved. She’s cut my hair for me three times now. Each time has been great. Cheyenne listens to how I want my hair cut, not chopped off. Not an old Granny cut, either. She’s made some suggestions that I like. Plus introduced me to some new products at the salon. Cheyenne please don’t move out of town. Your a great stylist.

Like the chocolate cone double dipped and last 2 time it seems like the chocolate dip is way too thin leaks out all over you needs to be thicker like AZ. Has very hard and thick coating when double dipped been getting them for 50 years.
