This hair salon was the most welcoming salon I’ve ever been to! I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment with Stacie Royster!! She did a phenomenal job! Not only did she do a beautiful cut and blow out, but also taught me how to care, style my hair properly, and even help me pick out new hair care products. She’s so friendly and caters to what you want for your hair! I also received a gift baggie with a free product sample and chocolate! Such a wonderful salon!

WOW! From the moment you walk into Tangles the entire staff makes you feel welcomed. Jennifer makes certain you are comfortable and has one of the warmest personalities. I had the pleasure of being introduced to Venus (my new stylist). She is very attentive, listened carefully to what I was looking for and heard what I did NOT want. She is Amazing! She gave me a completely new look that I love! I would highly recommend Venus! The atmosphere at Tangles is Amazing and the talent is also. Great place to have your hair done!!

My hair needs love! The minute you walk into Tangles you feel special. The staff greets you with smiles, coffee and chocolate. My long, thick, curly hair is damaged & frizzy. Carrie gave me a fantastic haircut and now my long layers look so beautiful! I have received so many compliments. Tangles has just what you want in a salon. Venus was amazing and gave me such a great haircut. I hadn’t had my hair cut in many months because my previous stylist left the area and then I had a baby so didn’t want to find a new one yet. I’m so glad I went to Venus. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair and I feel refreshed and beautiful. She was so fun to talk to and the atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and relaxing. I’ve definitely found my new hair stylist!!

I was greeted with so much warmth and was given a drink and some hair care product samples. Carrie was so patient and caring, especially since I went in with a hair emergency (I tried to cut my own bangs). She listened to what I wanted and fixed my botched hair. I only come here about once a year because I don’t get my haircut often, but this place is amazing. Candace is great and the other staff is so friendly and welcoming. This salon is the absolute best salon I have ever been to. As a new client, I received a little goodie bag which was so appreciated. I was given a delicious cup of coffee for while I waited, but the wait was not that long at all. My stylist was Naima.(please excuse me if I spelled that wrong) She took the time to really look at my hair and come up with a plan. What I ended up with was hands down, the best cut/style I have ever had. They have a loyal new client in me. Give them a try! Book now!

The staff was very nice, but the hairdresser wanted $289.00 for a partial foil. In 40 years of hair styles, cuts and colors I’ve never been charged as much for so little work. Don’t waste your time with this business unless you have money to spend.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have curly 3b/c kind of hair and am very guarded when it comes to my hair but I am fortunate enough to have come across the hands of a hairstylist here by the name of Jamie. Although she has a different curl pattern than me, she appreciated what my hair texture needed! She listened to my frustrations about my single strand knots and square/triangle shape my hair was having. She hooked me up with the ultimate moisture treatment and a haircut which felt short but I completely understand considering how high the single strand knots were. Additionally,I dont mind sacrificing length for health. She asked how I styled my hair and finger coiled it with me which was so cute lol I’ve never had someone go that far for me and my hair. Now, although I see the final haircut eighty-five percent dry and styled before I leave, its difficult to tell if I’m happy with it or not until i get home and style it myself. I did leave a little nervous but once I did my hair when I got home, oh my gosh I wish I would’ve gave Jamie a hug and a smile!! I wish i would’ve had before and after pictures! The cut she gave me added so much volume which I love and will hopefully have pictures uploaded here in this review, I will definitely be going back!
