LOVED my very 1st visit to Tangles AND my gal, Suzi Ringer!! My kids & hubby LOVE my new “do” & SO do my co-workers! I haven’t been able to get my hair professionally cut, colored & highlighted for several yrs now. So, I bit the bullet & took a chance w/ Ms. Suzi, & got an absolutely DELIGHTFUL outcome!! I LOVE IT! And, I’d forgotten how wonderful it feels to be pampered for an hour or 2 & just to have some GOOD conversation… which is BETTER than therapy ALSO! LOL. Anyway, THANK u Suzi & Tangles! Got a custom cut from Destiny. Wow! Great cut and professional service. She is accommodating, friendly, and makes you feel welcomed. The time in the chair flew by. Better get you next cut from Destiny at Tangles.

Right before Thanksgiving holiday I called to see if they would possibly, have a same day opening to get my hair cut and styled. The lady who answered said she could take me. She was the one I was referred to, by a friend, so I happily accepted the appt. When I arrived, she had left. I ended up with a not very good cut. And she charged me $10 more then stated on phone call. Right before the holidays is never a good time to make a last minute hair appt. Lesson learned.
