Tangles did a fantastic job on hair and makeup for our wedding day. They were on time (traveled to the venue over an hour away) and got myself, my bridesmaids, and my mom, ready in no time. We actually had some time to relax before pictures started. Very easy to communicate with. In fact, Michelle gave me her cell phone number, so I felt like I could always get in touch with her if needed. Highly recommend using them for your next special occasion.

Critical: QualityI have dark brown hair. I went in to get a medium brown color. I was assigned to Adriana, she did a consultation told me I needed highlights (not sure why) so I went for it. The result was nothing like what I wanted. I was very disappointed and she didn’t acknowledge it.

I have to laugh about this because I read reviews from other people talking about how they don’t serve you if you simply walk in which is what I did only because I was meeting a relative here. I have been here for an hour and no one has said hi or if I need anything. I’m thinking of bringing a coffee and laptop here to do my studies as the environment is that good and quiet, and i know I will not be disturbed, lol. I have made appointments for my wife and my mother here and there experiences my be a lot better, but for me it was lame.
