I set up an appointment online with Jessie. She was running a little behind but did a great job cutting my hair. I am very particular about my hair but it’s just the right length. I paid $30 for a wash cut and “style” though all it really was was a blow dry. I have very frizzy hair so I didn’t expect a miracle lol She was very nice and make me feel welcome and not out of place if you know what I mean. 100% recommend and the new location is BEAUTIFUL!! HUGE UPGRADE!!

My middle daughter just had her hair cut ✂ this evening at this salon and I must say that the stylist did an absolutely amazing job!!!! The mullet is coming back in style ladies and gentlemen and I am not going to complain considering I am an early 80s baby (born in 1982 lol ). I actually wish the world was exactly like the 80s or 90s again cause everything was so much more peaceful and better back then. Anyways getting off the topic here lol , they did such an amazing job and their prices r very reasonable and affordable. I am so thankful they did a great job cause my middle daughter had an absolutely horrible experience at another hair salon located in Johnson City a few weeks ago. Best believe i left them a nice damn review for the $140 they robbed off my 16 year old daughter for some highlights that didn’t even show up and for a haircut she never received SMH . I suggest coming to the Tangles Salon in Blountville though cause they r awesome!!! Thanks for taking care of one of my babies and for making her feel so gorgeous and happy

She moved to a new location, but the Instagram, website, and old location are all the same. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and saw the sign in the window but no door, so I texted… no response. I tried Instagram, nothing. I get it, she’s with a client. So I call and leave a VM. The time for my appointment comes and go’s, meanwhile myself and my autistic son are sitting in a parking lot waiting for a response that didn’t come until 15 minutes after my appointment time. And then she couldn’t fit me in anymore… She said she forgot to send me the text with the new location information that morning. Why is it not changed on the site? Wound up going to the barbershop I take my son to, cost me $15 and my hair looks amazing, I gave him $40. In LA this would have cost me $200 easy!
