I found my long lost stylist at Tangles. So thankful. Got my hair trimmed up Saturday and now this 70 year old beauty thinks she’s 17.

I requested a common haircut. Keep it long, add layers, do not square the layers, but make them even with my side part (they will be even on both sides of the head while being parted on the side.) It’s a simple and common request. She said she can not do it that way and she did not do it the way I had requested. She rubbed the blow-dryer diffuser all over my scalp, which is not what a diffuser is designed for. She then paddle brushed and combed my thick curly/wavy hair, which is not a proper brush for my hair texture. I left with an uneven haircut and the frizziest mop on my head I’ve ever seen. I will not return.

Not the place to go if you are white. I wanted to get a cut and ombre but left looking like trailer trash. Bleached the bottom half of my hair and left patches all over the top. Very dissatisfied!!!
