Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI desperately needed a haircut and after I googled hair salons in my neighborhood, I called Tangles to see if they had any appointments available that day. I was pleasantly surprised when the friendly woman who answered the phone told me that they did and scheduled me a haircut with Heather that afternoon. Heather is very sweet and personable. She listened to me and was patient while I showed her photos of the haircut I wanted. She asked questions to make sure we were envisioning the same cut. She was easy to talk to and I enjoyed our conversation while she got to work cutting my hair. When she was done and I got to look at my hair I was over the moon! I absolutely love my haircut and I left with ten times the confidence I arrived with. I will definitely be back. I desperately needed a haircut and after I googled hair salons in my neighborhood, I called Tangles to see if they had any appointments available that day. I was pleasantly surprised when the friendly woman who answered the phone told me that they did and scheduled me a haircut with Heather that afternoon. Heather is very sweet and personable. She listened to me and was patient while I showed her photos of the haircut I wanted. She asked questions to make sure we were envisioning the same cut. This was my 3rd time donating since 2016 in memory of my dad who passed away from cancer. It’s a great organization. The salon that had done my hair previously had no availability due to a staff shortage. Covid has of course impacted many services. I looked at some of the reviews here of the different salons (4.8 or above) sounded wonderful to me… so I made a few calls to find out price point and availability. Tangles appeared to be affordable and was able to schedule me within two days… it was just what I wanted. I know going to a new salon for the 1st time can be a bit scary, but HEATHER was fantastic right from the very beginning. She listened to what I wanted, asked pertinent questions, made some helpful suggestions, was kind and caring. She has been in the hair industry for 14 yrs. and is very professional. I decided it was time to have my haircut again and donate it to Wigs For Kids. This was my 3rd time donating since 2016 in memory of my dad who passed away from cancer. It’s a great organization. The salon that had done my hair previously had no availability due to a staff shortage. Covid has of course impacted many services. Positive: Professionalism, PunctualityI have been going to Mona for 14 years and she is more like a sister than just a stylist. She is always professional and takes her job serious. She cares about her clients as a whole not just as someone she is doing their hair. I would highly recommend her to anyone that’s wants the best job done to their hair, no matter what you are getting done. I have been going to Mona for 14 years and she is more like a sister than just a stylist. She is always professional and takes her job serious. She cares about her clients as a whole not just as someone she is doing their hair. I would highly recommend her to anyone that’s wants the best job done to their hair, no matter what you are getting done. My granddaughters love her too.
