Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey were going to balayage my hair WITHOUT any protectant. What kind of salon offers bleaching services but no chemical bonders? The woman who I had started my appointment with was very nice but after she sectioned my hair a woman I assume is the owner followed her to the back. I heard the owner say to my stylist “Now what does she want done?” in a tone that made me immediately start to worry. They both come back now owner starts touching my hair and saying “Yeah yeah so your hair won’t fair well.” I walked out. Reading the new reviews I am glad I did. $135 to wreck some ones hair knowingly is shameful. AVOID!
