I went here because of the many reviews about how good this place is. I haven’t cut my hair in 5 years because of bad experiences and wanting to grow it out. The hairstylist I got was the new girl, she asked what I wanted I explained it in detail and showed pictures. I asked for an inch off with face framing layers and a blunt cut in the back. She did the exact opposite; cut a v-shape, uneven, tons of layers and cut my hair several inches more than I asked for. So much for being trusting, I will never come back here. Walked in with butt length hair and walked out devastated and angry with bra length hair.

The service that I received from Julie rowe at this company was really good. On the other hand the service I received from Tess Mann was not. She told me that I could order a wig and then if I did not like it I didnt have to take it. When i got the wig in. It didnt fit correctly and she insisted I take it home to see if after working with it I would like it.we agreed that I wasn’t what I wanted and went to return it then later on. Then was informed that it will cost me $70 for her to take it back, i paid $170 for the wig that didnt fit my head correctly and would lose$70 that I will not receive back.
