The hair color, shampoo, cut and style that I received at this salon was perfect and I was 100% satisfied. The stylist was ready for me when I arrived, she got the color, cut and style exactly right and the price was completely reasonable. There were no surprises included in the bill and the stylist did not push me to purchase additional services or products. I will definitely be back!

The worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had. It was my first time going there and the only reason why I went was bc one of the hair dressers went to my gym (Brittany ). And I seen her work and I was super excited for her to do my hair. Well when I went in and sat in the chair , the other hair dresser had a client in her chair and they were very familiar with one other to the point where the client was making it very noticeable that they were gossiping and laughing. I don’t know if it was about me necessarily, but I was very uncomfortable with it. And my hair dresser (Brittany) kept telling me to just ignore it. I for one think that’s very unprofessional of the other hair dresser. And on top of it all the other hair dresser was drinking with the client. I wish u I knew the owners cell phone number so I may report on how poorly the other hair dressers customer service was.
