Critical: ProfessionalismI called a week ahead to set up an appointment for my 3 girls’s hairs to be braided but they set up for only 1 hour appointment. On the day of the appointment I called ahead to confirm the appointment time, and was told they couldn’t do 3 girls hairs. I wasted a whole week waiting for that appointment and my kids were scheduled to go on a vacation in 2 days due time. I was super disappointed in how unprofessional they were of not setting up enough time for the appointment when I explicitly communicated to them the amount of kids coming in. I had to scramble to find another salon in a short amount of time.
