Rudest females I’ve ever encountered. Walked in before my fiance’s memorial and two of the blobs couldn’t even be bothered enough to get off the couch. “I’m completely booked for 2months” without even opening her appointment book or checking the system. Had my fiance’s memorial to attend and had to walk out before I lost it. I’ve definitely told every single one of my customers and family/ friends about it. Small Town. Word gets around quick. Y’all’s attitudes were absolute trash. Wouldn’t spend a dime in this place. Pathetic honestly.

New to area, basically State and I was looking for a nearby place. I saw all the great reviews and decided why not try Tangles? I had my first time appointment with Heather on Monday. I was happy to overhear, lol she had experience with curly hair (mine is curly naturally, it matters trust me) Not only did she listen to what I wanted, she even made sure again before beginning.That was really nice! So I waited all week to post this review because from Day 1, it looked Fabulous! Day 1! I usually have to wait a week after a haircut to really like it. Now day 5 and I’m still in love. BTW: Heather is pure sweetness. Thank you Heather! See you soon! xx

If u go here and are not satisfied, the employee will take ur Facebook photo and post you on social media to make sure everyone bully’s you individually. The owner who I believe is named carol will make no contact to try to resolve the issue. Thank goodness every other business is not ran in this manner. This business will post the person who fixes your hair anddddddd of yourself. Extremely unprofessional

0/10 do not recommend. Got home to fix hair and it looked awful. Contacted stylist for partial refund and was refused and was told to come back in to have hair fixed. Absolutely not. If you can’t do it right the first time why would I come back again. So another chunk of change to have color correction done elsewhere. Balayage

My sister chose Tangles for her wedding party to have their hair done on 3-21-2013. Our experience was amazing! Heather is the one that did all of the girl’s hair. Everyone was happy with her service and talent. Plus the price was VERY affordable! For up do’s and curls she only charged $45, even for the girl’s with longer hair. She was super friendly and we all absolutely recommend her. =) I cannot speak for the other women that work there but Heather is amazing!!!

absolutely love tangles heather has done my hair a few times and every time shes done it i’ve loved it you can just tell her a color and she knows exactly what your talking about and matches it perfect and brings what you had in your head into color!!!! love them actually need to go back asap to get my hair touched up!

To whom said Kim Embry does terrible hair is way off….she is the most passionate person I know…Kim does exceptionally well with doing hair!! She is not only a HONEST PERSON SHE IS LOYAL TO HER CUSTOMERS!! If I ever needed my hair done and she was busy I would most definitly wait on her till she could work me in….I am 41 years old and I would never have any one work with my hair but Kim Embry…She has been doing my hair for about 10 years now and I can honestly say she is the Best I have ever had do my hair!!!! …..I was always raised to Repsect and.
