Sign out front welcomed Walk-ins. My wife was looking for a haircut, so we walked-in. There was one hair dresser working with a customer and we could hear someone in the back talking on the phone. The hair dresser never welcomed or greeted us, we stood at the counter for a while and then decided to sit in the waiting chairs. Twenty minutes passed and the hair dresser still did not address us, nor were we greeted by anyone else. We got up and left. You guessed it! The hair dresser still did not address us. This place has it’s customer service tangled.

Rachel is my go to stylist. I found her on Instagram long long ago when i was in search of a skilled hair artist who knew how to use bleach on variety hair types. I came to her with a previous damage balayage from another salon and she worked magic! I have sat on her chair many of times and gone from bad hair to soft and subtle.

They hire extremely unprofessional individuals, specifically whoever is @untangled_by_crissy on Instagram. She cussed me out for a critique via Instagram. Not professional at all. I will never set foot in the salon and I will strongly discourage anybody from ever going there. Have a talk with your employees about professionalism, because cussing out potential customers is not the way to go about doing it.
