Critical: PunctualityIF you can get a response their work is great. I have texted one of the stylists multiple times and never received a response. This is the stylist who did my hair and gave me her cell number. I then tried calling and was asked for my information, once the individual was finished applying color she would check her book and call me back. Almost 48 hours later I finally got a text. IF you can get a response their work is great. I have texted one of the stylists multiple times and never received a response. This is the stylist who did my hair and gave me her cell number. The person who did my color was fairly rude. Very bossy too. I was new to the salon. I was colored by her twice. She did fine with the color but nothing spectacular. She has an attitude and made me feel uncomfortable, but I was going to continue seeing her only because I only had to deal with her once every 6 weeks. I contacted her the night before my next appt to confirm and she confirmed back. The day of my appt, I woke up very sick. I contacted her with sincere apologies and I felt really bad about having to cancel but I am human and I didn’t know I was going to be that sick the day of the appt. She was very pissed. I reached out to her later that night to reschedule but she didn’t respond. I then reached out again the next day and she said, ” I will not be rescheduling you”. She did me a favor. Very arrogant person.

I have never been there but I called to make appointment the lady was extremely rude she acted like I wasn’t good enough to have my hair down there. She told me I had to wait months for a appointment to be even open then said am sorry goodbye. First impressions are everything!!!!
